Idia Christian is a recognized and talented leader in the telecommunication industry with 15 years of work experiences spanning over 14 countries. He is well-known for his unique blend of executive business acumen, team building and solution-oriented strategies. He currently holds the position of Managing Director in ADLSolutions limited, where he has consistently delivered transformational improvement to service delivery and outstanding overall business growth.

With a reputation for achieving success, his performance as the Operations Director for Huawei, Congo Brazzaville was instrumental in providing the major four pillar inputs, which was the game changer in ensuring drastic improvement in the network availability and radio key performance index for MTN Congo, Brazzaville. He also delivered an effective competence development programme for all the technical team.  
He has held several positions as Head of Operations in Ericsson, Congo Brazzaville and in Rwanda where he facilitated a high rate of business expansion and ensured proper standardization of operation. He also performed as the Head of Manage Service Delivery in Natcom (Ntel) Nigeria where he solely established the Managed Service delivery model in conjunction with Huawei technologies. As Operational Consultant for Movicel Angola, he played a key role during the network expansion project.

During the early stages of his career, he held various engineering positions in MTN, CELTEL (Now Airtel) and Ericsson. Carrying out roles as a member of the technical team, he brought about sustainable improvement in Network configurations and contributed to the reduction in Network down-times leading to his upward climb on the industry ladder.

He holds a Bachelor's of Engineering degree in petrochemical Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt. He holds an active membership of the (Chartered Institute of Engineers). He also attended leadership, strategy and management programmes at the Lagos Business School.

General Manager - Fixed

Patrick is a graduate of Civil Engineering from the University of Benin. He has over seven years of professional experience across such areas as Telecoms, Oil and gas, communication, business development consulting, and particularly the last six (6) years in telecommunication site construction services and managed services. He has successfully managed several projects across Nigeria, Ghana and The Gambia with effective cost control measures on turnkey projects worth millions of dollars. He is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), USA.

General Manager Operations

Ifeanyi is a graduate of Geology and Mining from the University of Jos. With several years   of field experience spanning across Construction, Telecommunications and Logistics. 

He has successfully overseen the completion of several wireless and transmission projects across all regions in Nigeria. Having worked for Pierscom Telecommunications Ltd as a project manager. 

He is very vast and knowledgeable in telecommunication systems and equipment; a solid ability to effectively interact with clients and end-users, a good understanding of project budgeting and rate negotiation with carriers (Logistics) and so on. 
He currently holds the position of General Manger in ADLSolutions limited, where he has  consistently delivered effective transformation towards the growth of the operation.

Manager - Administration & Supply Chain Management

Adebola is a computer science graduate with a Master degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. She has years of experience working with a multinational logistics firm, Cotecna Destination Inspection Limited where she worked as Quality Control Personnel, Verification Order Personnel and Internal Findings Personnel.

Financial Controller

Adefemi has a B.Sc honours degree in Economics and is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigerian (ICAN).

He is also a member of several other professional bodies including,

  • The Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigerian (ICEN)
  • The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN)
  • Information System Audit and Control Association
  • The Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM)

A Fellow of Institute of Strategic Human Capital Management (ISHCM) 2015.In 2016, he became an Associate member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN).

Legal Adviser/Company Secretary

Pedro has over 22 years of composite legal versatility in private and public law practice. Before joining ADL Solutions, he served as in-house company Secretary/Legal Adviser to the Ascot Group, a full complement engineering and construction entity in the oil industry; external legal adviser to Primeniza Energy Limited and Deltalift Resource Nigeria Limited.

His legal consultancy practice has also broadened to include the Department For International Development (DFID), a UKAid programme in respect of a consultancy on the municipal legal regime impacting the provision of private primary education services in Lagos State.

He is a graduate of both the Universities of Jos and Lagos where he obtained his LL.B (1988) and LL.M (1997) degrees respectively. His Masters’ degree is with emphasis on comparative company law and secured credits. He also holds the Advanced Legal Advisors Certificate (2005) of the Thames Valley University, London. He was Head of Chambers in the Law Firm of Osinbajo, Kukoyi & Adokpaye, a city law firm founded by Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, SAN, erstwhile Attorney General of Lagos State. He waseventually elevated to partnership status. Shortly thereafter, he yielded to the public call to serve as Special Assistant to two Attorneys General of Delta State for about eight years. Whilst so engaged, he was Secretary to the Technical Legal Committee ofthe Forum of Governors of the South-South Zone

Mr. Pedro’s extensive litigation experience in one of the most profound city law firms primarily serves caseflow management needs of organisations. His experience in private and public sector commercial documentation supplies valuable inputs in the formalization of commercial transactions involving Government and Government agencies.
