Pedro has over 22 years of composite legal versatility in private and public law practice. Before joining ADL Solutions, he served as in-house company Secretary/Legal Adviser to the Ascot Group, a full complement engineering and construction entity in the oil industry; external legal adviser to Primeniza Energy Limited and Deltalift Resource Nigeria Limited.

His legal consultancy practice has also broadened to include the Department For International Development (DFID), a UKAid programme in respect of a consultancy on the municipal legal regime impacting the provision of private primary education services in Lagos State.

He is a graduate of both the Universities of Jos and Lagos where he obtained his LL.B (1988) and LL.M (1997) degrees respectively. His Masters’ degree is with emphasis on comparative company law and secured credits. He also holds the Advanced Legal Advisors Certificate (2005) of the Thames Valley University, London. He was Head of Chambers in the Law Firm of Osinbajo, Kukoyi & Adokpaye, a city law firm founded by Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, SAN, erstwhile Attorney General of Lagos State. He waseventually elevated to partnership status. Shortly thereafter, he yielded to the public call to serve as Special Assistant to two Attorneys General of Delta State for about eight years. Whilst so engaged, he was Secretary to the Technical Legal Committee ofthe Forum of Governors of the South-South Zone

Mr. Pedro’s extensive litigation experience in one of the most profound city law firms primarily serves caseflow management needs of organisations. His experience in private and public sector commercial documentation supplies valuable inputs in the formalization of commercial transactions involving Government and Government agencies.
